Our experiences acquiring
our darling Sonny : Once we have decided on the breed, we had to locate a
breeder. There was no
choice. Raglin was the only
cattery and so we went ahead. From my first enquiry I knew we had arrived at the right
place. Linn was very helpful
and I enjoyed every contact we had (and still have!).
Endless photos and e-mails helped us to
enjoy Sonny’s development and Linn made sure we knew much about the breed
and care of our little baby.
All arrangements were for
travelling were made well in advance and down to the finest point. At last the big day arrived and we
went to the airport to collect our little bundle of fur. Linn phoned and stayed on the line
until I had taken possession of Sonny and had assured her that he was
alive and well! Attached to
his carrier was another surprise : toys, nibbles and presents.
Sonny settled quickly and we have kept
in touch ever since.
I heartily recommend the Curries as
breeders. Acquiring their
precious kitten was an absolute delight from the very beginning.

It has been an
amazing experience buying a kitten from Linn. She is not only helpful but treats
you like a friend. She gave me such wonderful advice and answered my
emails - some-times at rather unearthly times – nothing is too much trouble
for her.
Living in the Eastern Cape I
was unable to go and see the kittens for myself but with Linn it is not a
problem because every week she sends you photographs of your gorgeous new
bundle. A week before you receive your kitten she sends you a
detailed eating plan as well as advise you how to prepare all that is
needed for the new arrival.
My gorgeous Ragdoll kitten is
Sesame Seed Sam. He is a big
boy with a calm personality, is very loving and he has a soft-spoken
voice. He arrived in such
perfect condition and fitted in our home with the greatest of ease. Sammy is an absolute delight, a
real purrer. Not only has my
family fallen head over heels in love with him but also every person who
comes into contact with him can’t believe what a gorgeous kitten he
is.
I not only found a generous
breeder but also a lifetime friend. Linn, thank so much for my
gorgeous bundle of joy!

Pat with her new kittens in 2003
Three years later
...
Lohmann and I would like to take this opportunity of
thanking you and Robert for the two most magnificent kittens that we have
ever had the pleasure to own. They have certainly changed our lives for
the better and we couldn’t imagine being without them.
I have so enjoyed meeting you
and all your "children", they are exquisite and your home is so full of
love for your "babies" that I know that is why they all have the most
affectionate and loving natures. I have learnt so much from you and have
thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
I felt very privileged to be
able to see Star’s babies just after they were born and to visit on a
regular basis and watch them grow. I used to look forward to my weekly
visit and am rather sad that in a way this has come to an end, but hope
that I will still be able to visit and keep in touch as I feel almost part
of your large and precious family.
The problem of course was
choosing which kitten we wanted, and as they were all so beautiful and we
could not make up our minds, we ended up with two!! They are so happy to
be together, healthy and extremely affectionate and I can honestly say
that I feel that that is due to all the love and caring that you give all
your animals. I am sure that they know how lucky they were to be born into
your home and have you for a "Grandma".
Once again, thank you for our
precious babies.

We
would like to express our thanks for the wonderful way in which you have
handled our purchase of Timmy. We really appreciate you keeping us updated
almost daily on his progress before we took delivery of him. Obviously we
were very excited when we decided on getting him but being in Cape Town
were unable to visit before delivery. Nonetheless your regular
communication kept us in touch at all times with his progress and your
caring attitude, not only for Timmy, but for all your cats is very
touching. We were also very happy to receive all your de-tailed emails and
advice on cat care as well as fun messages.
Having now received Timmy we are thrilled. He is a wonderful, loving
kitten and he fitted perfectly into our household straight away and is the centre of attention.
He is so well trained that he started using his sandbox and scratching
post without any problems.
When we took Timmy for his check-up, the
vet was also very impressed with his general condition and nature. She
complimented you saying that it was a pleasure to hear of a breeder who
was so concerned with the welfare of her kittens.
Thanks once
again.

My whole experience
in acquiring a cat from you was a pleasure. Your prompt replies
and answering of all my queries, made the decision to go ahead
and use you to "parent" our new baby, a very easy one indeed. The
first pictures of Judy and her siblings were so beautiful, we wanted all
of them.
We were "chuffed" that the litter
had Beatles song titles as a theme. We are great fans
of the Beatles and almost couldn’t choose as we love all their
songs. Judy, off course, is short for "Hey Jude" – one of
their famous songs. All the arrangements,
from the export and import documentation to getting Judy to Namibia,
and the daily updates on her progress were done very professionally and
of an excellent standard.
When she was about 10
weeks old, we had the opportunity to visit Linn and Robert in
Pretoria and meet Judy, her parents, grandmother as well as the rest
of the "family". We loved spending time there and understanding the
workings of a professional breeder. I was especially impressed with
the studs' living quarters and secure gardens. One could see
they were the kings of their areas and were also treated as
such.
Finally, our kitten arrived and we were "foster parents"
to Clarabelle, Judy’s sister, for a few days. Linn surprised me
with all the gifts and toys for the girls, her numerous phone calls
giving advise and checking on the settling in of the
kittens. I was pleasantly surprised at the lovely nature of the
two babies. One could see right from the start that they came
from a loving family and were used to being treated as if they were
humans.
Judy is now 7 months old and is the most human, loving cat I have ever
owned. She does not leave our side, goes on holiday with us, is
generally good humoured and has an absolutely wonderful
personality. Thank you Linn !!!

We have two of the most beautiful cats I know. Both are
healthy, happy and have a wonderful temperament. They are well-adjusted
and unspoilt. The preliminary socialisation process whereby the cats
were introduced to your dog and also to my children under controlled conditions
made the homecoming and introduction of the cats to my other household
painless and trauma free. Linn, you have always done what you have said
you would do, and some. The cats are everything you undertook they would
be and I have not had a moment's regret about their purchase.
I would strongly recommend Raglin to anyone buying a Ragdoll,
not just because of the quality of the cats, but also because the love
and care heaped upon the cats in the early stages is clearly reflected as they grow older. Linn,
your willingness to continue your association with both the kittens and
their new owners after the sale has been concluded speaks volumes about
your interest in the breeding of your kittens and in the breed as a
whole.

From the first time we saw the picture of a Ragdoll
kitten in a local cat magazine we knew that some day soon we wanted to
be the proud owners of a Ragdoll. I phoned Linn Currie of Raglin
Ragdolls and then we went to visit the Curries. We were extremely
impressed with their cattery. Linn does everything humanly possible to ensure that the kittens
and cats are healthy and happy. She gives them tender loving care from the
day that they are born and that is why Linn's cats are just AMAZING. They
have the most beautiful personalities and they absolutely adore their
humans.
We adopted a kitten named
Pistachio Penochi. He is a Blue Colourpoint male. Linn kept us informed by
sending us pictures and numerous e-mails. We visited the Curries several
times before the time came to finally take him home. We received the most
wonderful toys that was picked especially for Pistachio by Linn and
Robert. We were nervous taking Pistachio home to our multi-cat household
but Linn offered help and support. Due to the fact that Linn raises her
kittens in her home and they form part of the (cat) family, Pistachio
immediately accepted his other (cat) brother and sisters. Pistachio has
the most extraordinary personality. He is incredibly loveable and he is
always following us around wherever we go and "helps" with absolutely
everything. He is a constant companion throughout the day. We can't
imagine what a day without him would be like. It is not possible to
express in words how grateful we are towards the Curries for blessing our
lives with such a wonderful gift.
Since we bought Pistachio we
have been communicating with Linn. She is always offering valuable support
and advice. She is always interested in everything that Pistachio does.
The Curries also came to visit us to see how Pistachio was doing and
brought him more toys. We have found very good friends in the Curries.
Their kindness and genuine friendship have enriched our lives
tremendously. You can only experience how wonderful a Raglin Ragdoll is
once you own one.

Linn Currie does not let her babies
go to just anyone. I am, therefore, proud and pleased to have been
accepted as a suitable parent for two of her adorable
off-spring.
From the time I first made
contact with Linn and expressed my desire to own two Ragdoll cats until
nearly a year later when two bundles of fluff arrived at Cape Town airport
on Christmas Day (the quietest and therefore least stressful day to
arrive) she kept me informed on progress of breeding, pregnancies and
births of litters. I received photographs and descriptions of my chosen
two from just minutes after they were born until the day they were ready
to leave the nest.
I did not realise just how much
hard work, care, attention (and money!) was involved in the first 15 weeks
of my cats' lives. They arrived safely and securely in a beautiful
carrier, snug on their sheepskin rug with their favourite toys, food and a
mass of paper work firmly taped to the lid. My cell phone was ringing
minutes after the plane landed - Linn wanting to know if they had arrived
safely.
Then it was my turn to take
almost daily photographs and send to Linn so she could monitor the
progress of the two boys until they were safely one year old.
One year later I had the
opportunity to visit Linn and Robert at their home and meet them both and
the furry parents. The house and garden belong to their cats - Linn is
just resident housekeeper! The needs and comforts of the cats come first
and is evident in every single room in the house.
My two Ragdolls, Kashka and
Monty, live up to every expectation I ever had - and more. They are
beautiful. They are loving, intelligent and funny. Each has his own
characteristics and quirks even though they are half brothers. They are a
constant source of pleasure, companionship, laughter and love to
us.
At last I have my Ragdolls but
I also have a new and dear friend - Linn Currie. Thank you
Linn.

I have learnt so much from Linn in dealing
with and the care of our beloved new child. Linn has always been extremely
helpful and thoroughly professional in her dealings with us. She is always
willing to give advice and assistance with all our questions and
queries.
Lulu is beautiful, she is large
and heavy as is expected of the breed. She is the most loving, adaptable
child. We have had to spend some time away since we got her and she
accepted her "baby sitters" completely. She is very playful and has her
daily "cat on ecstacy" time but even in her excitement she never uses her
claws on us. She is very talkative and loves to tell you about her day as
well as direct instructions on what she wants at the time. She loves
company and to be touched, loved and played with and is very
sociable.

There are very few Ragdoll breeders in this country, but
fortunately, there is one very good one, namely Linn Currie. She has
devoted her life, her house and her garden to the breeding of Ragdolls.
All her studs and queens are imported and she is regularly bringing new
bloodlines into the country. Her studs are housed in luxury and although
they have their own outdoor quarters, it is situated very near the house
and thus in close proximity to Linn and her husband, and her various
queens. Consequently they pass on their loving characters to their
off-spring.
Nothing is left to
chance when her cats are giving birth. In fact Linn spends several nights
prior to the birth with them in the nursery to make quite sure nothing
happens without her knowledge.
The kittens are
beautiful in every way and you can be certain of receiving a kitten in
excellent health. Her decision to spay or neuter before they leave home is
for very good reasons, ensuring the Ragdoll breed can not be destroyed by
unscrupulous people. It also saves you having to go through the trauma of
having your pet altered. When your kitten arrives, all you have to do is
enjoy it. Linn goes to extraordinary lengths to ensure your kitten reaches
its destination safely and with the minimum of stress. She provides you
with every piece of advice you could possibly need prior to receiving your
kitten and all she asks in return is that you take every precaution
possible to ensure your kitten leads a healthy, happy and safe life. She
has endless patience and will answer any number of queries long after you
have taken possession of your pride and joy.
Having had the
pleasure of spending a day with Linn and visiting my kitten before he was
old enough to leave home, I can assure any prospective owner that they
will receive the most loving, beautiful and adorable kitten that will
provide you with hours of pleasure. Ragdolls are addictive and having just
one is simply not enough, so if you can, order two, you will never regret
it.

We are enjoying our cat family tremendously. They brought
so much love and happiness into our home. Dealing with you can only be
described as professionalism. Once we received our bundles of joy, your

just over 5 months old when compared to D'Arcy.

From my first
contact with Linn Currie, some months prior to being owned by my Ragdoll,
everything has been very professionally handled. I received regular
updates once a kitten had been selected, including some very welcome
pictures, as I live some distance from the breeder.
All my questions
were answered with patience and understanding, and the information
provided when I finally took delivery of my kitten has proved really
useful. She shares her enthusiasm and knowledge so willingly. The kitten
arrived completely trained, with a beautiful gentle nature - and a box
full of toys. She settled in almost immediately and is a much loved (and
probably spoiled) member of my household. I have absolutely no hesitation
in recommending Linn.

I have to
say that you definitely give breeders a good name. Not only did you
maintain an open channel with me throughout the waiting (for kitty to come
home) period, by giving me honest daily reports and weekly pictures, you
outdid yourself by sending my babies off to me in the nicest "package"
anyone could've dreamed off. A carrier lined with lamb's wool, little
bites and ice that'd melt slowly so the babies could have a drink without
being drenched, was very clever/thoughtful of you; and you still
remembered the goody bag with toys, every document I'd want to see, and
kept me posted on travel details - even emailing me travel document
copies! And best of all, you sent me the boofiest, most beautiful Ragdolls
ever, tipping the scales at 5lbs at just 14 weeks! And your thoroughness
was seen again when I received their registrations papers and saw the
nicely laminated 5-generation pedigree showing pictures of the Dam and
Sire with baby, one for each so they don't have to share!
The kitties' overall
personality is everything I ever wished for: curious but not nosy, always
around me but never in the way, very loving and expressive; lively, never
bored and very intelligent. In fact, a friend of mine couldn't believe
what wonderful cats they were. She doesn't believe you don't have a magic
spell a little different from everyone else and says if ever she decides
to get a cat, she'll get it from no one else but you.
Linn, from the very
first time we spoke, you have been in touch with me giving me support and
advice WHENEVER (and I say that with emphasis) I have needed it, and have
happily shared in the antics of the kitties via email/phone. I get
emotional when I remember how one night at 3am (your time) you got on the
Internet to email me more info to further explain your response to a
telephone call question that interrupted your sleep. And not once did you
complain. You make it so evident that you love your cats with all that you
are regardless of where they are!
I have known a lot
of breeders, but I am yet to find one that can hold a candle to you. You
have proven to me that there are people with hearts as beautiful as a
cat's. I thank you most kindly for being a part of my life, and for
trusting me with your precious babies. I am among cat owners most richly
blessed.
Nonie M., USA (2002)

He is a
beautiful boy. He always attracts attention and gets compliments when
strangers see him. The first thing people always say is "But he is huge!"
He loves his walk everyday, walking around the house and inspecting all
the plants and he talks a lot while walking. We usually walk everyday
after work. He moans very loudly if for some reason I skip a day. When
those beautiful blue eyes looks into Mummy's eyes he knows he can get away
with anything!
Louisa vdW., Cape (2003)

Holly has become our big girl at just over 12 pounds
and not even a year old yet. Holly is always right there to meet
strangers. She has developed one problem and we're beginning to
wonder if there is some pack rat in her genetic background.
Anything that she can get in her mouth eventually shows up in her food dish--ear plugs, keys, pens, etc. I
am currently trying to find one of my bedroom slippers - I found it a
couple of weeks ago in the basement and brought it back up-stairs - now its
gone missing again. In the morning after I get up I often find that
Holly has moved right in and is lounging on my pillow.

First of all, Nelson is the talk of our cul-de-sac -
neighbours, their mothers, children and grand-children are making their
way to our door to admire the latest addition to our home - he is precious. He is an energetic little fireball.
What a treasure!
It is a special serendipity that Nelson is born in
Africa, as I am! I am an Armenian and was born in Africa [Ethiopia]. I am
always a "minority" at home because of my birthplace. Nelson has now
provided additional "weight" to us transplants from Africa. In the
meantime, the "crown prince" [remember there was only one male "cat" in
this house before his graceful entry) has become a bundle of energy. And
his love and passion needs volumes to describe. You are so sweet in the
way you love this and other cats - very touching.
Antreas, USA (2002)

Sky is doing great.
What a little love! I don't think he ever stops purring. He already
looks for Jocelyn and she adores him. Right now she's reading him a cat
book while he sits in his bed. It brought tears to my eyes when I
went in Jocelyn's room last night and saw how they were sleeping
together. Every time Jocelyn moved, Sky moved to be next to her with
his head resting on her somewhere. Jocelyn is SOOOOO
happy!
It's so wonderful to
be getting our kitten from someone who obviously truly loves the
kittens!
Lisa, USA (2002)

I made
it home with my new baby! I adore him. He is so beautiful, sweet,
friendly, cuddly, playful - everything I wanted. He has been busy
exploring today and following me around the house. He is definitely not a
shy boy. EVERYONE is in love with the baby boy and is so impressed with
his friendliness and beauty.
Apollo seems to be
very happy, constantly purring and following me around wherever I go. I
even think that he knows I'm his mother already. When I have friends over,
he comes to me first. He has enjoyed playing this weekend with some
friends of mine's little boys, who are 5 and 8. It's funny how kittens
migrate to human children. It's almost as if they instinctively know that
they are children too. Apollo is having so much fun and I am so happy to
have him.
The vet loved him.
He knew he was a Ragdoll right away without me telling him. As soon as he
picked him up, Apollo was purring. He couldn't believe the kitty was
purring so fast. He said that "He's perfect" and that I made a great
choice with my new kitty.
Apollo is exactly
what I wanted and I thank you so much for sending me such a perfect
kitty.
Mary, USA (2002)

He's absolutely
beautiful!!! So loving, so playful. He's playing like a champ with all his
toys and seems to be happy with them enough not to get into anything else
(for now!!). Right now he's sitting on my lap as I write to you. Sooo cute.
Thank you Linn for everything. Tom and I are both in
love!!!

When people
think of a Ragdoll they think of a pointed cat with blue eyes. Not all
are, and a very special cat that came into our lives has proven that the
fabled Ragdoll personality does exist. When wrapped in a Tabby package it
is even more irresistible.
Juan Fangio, as he was named, had a rocky start to his life. I
held him for the first time when he was four days old and fighting for
his life. That very first time I could sense that there was some-thing
very special about this very unusual kitten. I learnt that day about the
non-pointed Rag-doll and what special cats they are. He was raised by
hand, and had to be checked on every couple of hours to ensure his
survival. For the first six weeks of his life there were times when it
seemed all the hard work was to be for nothing as he was losing his
tenuous grip on life. Then, almost miraculously, his little will brought him back to health. Eventually the
day came it seemed as if his will was stronger than the disadvantages he
faced as a very young kitten.
Our breeder, who had
nursed him day and night could not give up this wonder kitten. My son had
become so attached to Fangio that it was all he could talk about. He
prayed every day that Fangio’s life be spared. His prayers were so heart
felt that it brought tears to our eyes. I saw in my son a similar spirit
to Fangio, one that would not give up or admit defeat. Keill felt that
Fangio was meant to be with him, a sentiment that Linn, our breeder, soon
shared. Preparations were started to bring Fangio home to live with us
when the time was right for him to leave his human mother.
The special evening
soon arrived and Linn shed tears of a true mother letting go of a prized
child to venture out in the wide world. Fangio, from the first minute in
our house, allowed his special spirit to captivate us all. After just one
day he was introduced to our resident monster Maine Coons. There was not a
single hiss or spit. In a couple of hours they were all firm friends and
indulged in mutual grooming and endless games of catch. Fangio has been a
revelation in our household and his spirit has converted all visitors into
instant Ragdoll lovers. His personality is that of the legend, he lies on
his back and flops in your arms as you stroke him to sleep.
Fangio is growing
well and shows no signs of his early setbacks. He plans on being a big
boy, he has become a little more independent but loves his Ragdoll hugs
and having his tummy stroked. Even though he looks different to what
people think a Ragdoll should look like, he has the magic personality that
has made the Ragdoll a most sought after companion.
Thank you to Linn
for giving my son Keill this gift, a gift that enriches our lives each day
and makes us thankful for big souls in small fur covered
bodies."

Some years
ago I read about Ragdolls in the Animaltalk magazine and vowed that
someday I would own (or rather be owned by) one of these amazing cats.
When I lost my much-loved old cat I started investigating the Ragdoll
breed. I scanned all Ragdoll related websites, read all I could about the
breed and decided that this cat was a must. Only problem was, who was a
locally based Ragdoll breeder? Surfing the Net I came across Raglin
Ragdolls based in Irene. With great trepidation I e-mailed Linn asking
whether she had any kittens that she would be willing to let go to a pet
home. She let me know that she was expecting two litters of kittens in the
September and that I should contact her again in October to arrange a
visit to her cattery. She advised that she was very fussy about where her
kittens were placed. At that I felt sure that I didn’t stand a chance, how
could I convince her that two moggies and four German Shepherds would
provide a loving nurturing environment for her kitten.
My friends got sick
of me telling them how many more days until the kittens would be expected
and how many more days till I could contact Linn again. Early October and
in checking out Linn’s website for the umpteenth time I noticed kitten
pics were up, I took one look at the pics and a little Blue MacTabby
non-pointed boy caught my eye. I was smitten, he had to be
mine. I hurriedly phoned Linn to check whether she had any kittens left
and an arrangement was made to visit her cattery on the Sunday, that whole
week I was praying that no one had seen "my" kitten and that he was still
available.
I had no idea what
to expect from a cattery, and so was so very fortunate with Linn. The
first cats we saw were the males, who were sunning themselves in their
gardens. Their log cabins were big and airy with plenty of room for each
cat. Linn asked that we disinfect our shoes and wash our hands before
entering the house and the kitten area so no "bugs" would be tracked
through to the babies. Each Mommy cat had her own room in which to raise
her kids, a whole room for kittens to explore and play. For the first time
I saw my Ragdoll in the "fur" as it were. He was just a little boy, but
already one could see the beginnings of a great "purrsonality". Linn broke
her cardinal rule and let me actually hold him. I asked this little furry
treasure whether he wanted to be my kitten and all I got as an answer was
a pair of big green eyes looking up at me. That was it – what-ever it took,
he was going to be mine. Linn urged me not to rush my decision and to
think carefully before deciding that that was definitely THE KITTEN. No
question, no contest he was THE ONE.
Weekend visits
followed as did regular updates from Linn giving us his weight (and that
of his litter mates for comparison), any special milestones in his life
(e.g. first time he used the litter box, first time he tried solid food,
first time he jumped his room barrier) and of course the all important
pictures. Linn urged us to start thinking of a name for him so that she
could start using it and he would learn to respond to it. What a decision,
considering, rejecting and considering again. Finally we settled on the
name of Skye, so called because Linn kept insisting he was blue (never say
grey) and when I had visited the Island of Skye the "blue" sky was about
the same colour as my kitten. As the weeks passed we got to know each
kitten in Bibi’s litter as well as watching the progress of the other two
litters.
We saw what devoted
care Linn gave to each litter, providing them with toys to stimulate them,
supplements to provide extra nourishment and jungle gyms to exercise
bodies and minds. Watching the kittens interacting with each other I began
to wonder if my little Ragdoll wasn’t going to be extremely lonely heading
off on his own and asked Linn to keep us in mind if any kittens had not
been selected by the time I would take my kitten home. Our luck was in,
someone had been going to take the one male kitten, but now had decided
that they would prefer a female from a different litter instead. What joy,
now two Ragdolls and not just one to love, two lots of updates, two lots
of pictures.
Before taking the
boys home, we were given detailed instructions on how to take care of
them, what they were eating etc so we could start preparing for their
arrival. Finally the great day came, all their littermates had already
gone to their new homes and they were the last to go. Their Granny waved
them goodbye and told them to be good kittens in their new home. As they
say, the rest is history. My boys have grown into the most beautiful cats
with fantastic purrsonalities. They are cocky and outgoing, standing up to
the German Shepherds and other cats with total confidence in their own
abilities all this I am sure due to their early upbringing. Everyday with
them is an absolute joy. I would recommend a Raglin Ragdoll to anyone
wanting a loving companion, discreet confidante and best friend who
happens to come wrapped in a furry coat."

Raglin's Mille Miglia - Blue Colourpoint

The above
photographs copyright Andre Fourie
I adopted my cat from Raglin Cattery early in
2000. The kitten is named Mille Miglia, and is a Blue Colourpoint
female. This was an incredible stroke of luck as Linn originally
intended to keep the kitten for herself. Mille is somewhat of a
celebrity, having already appeared in the centre spread of a local animal
magazine. After a few tense moments at the airport, I finally had my
hands on this soft, floppy little kitten, accompanied by a complete range
of toys supplied courtesy of Raglin Cattery.
What an absolute doll this cat turned out to be. Whatever
you read about their loving personality and gentle nature, this is true
of Linn's cats. Linn raises her kittens in her home and they form part
of the family. They receive all the love and attention needed to
develop beautiful personalities and to enable then to interact with
people immediately. These kittens are also house trained extremely
well and I have not had one piece of furniture scratched.
I have also been
fortunate enough to visit Linn and Robert who live in another city and
this cattery is a really professional set-up. I was shown through
the luxurious appointed stud quarters with great pride, browsing through
what seems like hundreds of rosettes on the walls while the "ladies" sat
grooming themselves outside in the sun. Since I bought my kitten, we
have been in constant communication and I have gained a very good
friend. You will also never be short of sound advice when training
your kitten and she is always interested in those little stories you have
to tell about your special cat.
Just one small word
of warning regarding the Raglin Ragdolls: They are addictive and you
will always want one more...."
Andre F., Port

Mille made South African history by being the first Ragdoll
ever to compete in the prestigious annual South African Cat of the Year
competition. This event took place on 7th July 2001 and
saw our country's 50 highest-scoring cats judged by three local judges
and visiting French judge, Guy Pantigny. At the time of this
competition, Mille was only a Premier and performed exceptionally
well.
Guy placed Mille FIRST in the Alter Class and Mille
finished 6th best.
